Types of Form
Individual Release Form - Personnel working for. media production company must sign over the rights to their work as part of their contract or as a separate document.
Consent Form - If there are members of the public in the location, permission from them will be needed to use their image and/or voice. This is also true when using actors.
Location Form - The owner of the location for filming must give their permission for their land to be used as locations and buildings are copyrighted and must be given permission to be used
